We say that we love ourselves. I know I do. We take care of our coils, ensure that our nails are manicured, lather our bodies in coconut oil, go to the gym at least four times a week, shop at our local farmer's market, eat our fruits and vegetables, keep our bodies hydrated, mind our business, and this means that we love ourselves...doesn't it?
